Rules

Cancellation Policy

  1. Full refund on Booking Amount, if cancelled before 30 days of check in
  2. 75% refund on Booking Amount, if cancelled withing 15 days prior to check in.
  3. 50% refund on Booking Amount, if cancelled within 7 days prior to check in.
  4. No refund after 7 days of check in date on booking amount.

Hotel Stay Policies

  1. Standard Check out Time 1100 hrs and Check in Time after 1300 Hrs
  2. Early Check in and check out is subject to availability and if require will incur extra charges. Contact Reservation Table for information.
  3. For Booking confirmation 50% of the total amount must be paid and remaining at the time of check in. Otherwise room be allotted on availability basis.
  4. All Court related issues will be dealt in Dalhousie Court.

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.
  • It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.
  • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
